The Agreement between user and ForeclosuresWI.com, LLC. (to be referred to as ForeclosuresWI.com).

This Website and all within is offered to you, the User, on the condition that you agree to all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this agreement without any modifications. These also include warranty disclaimers and disclaimers of liability. If there is anything in this agreement, including the liability disclaimer and warranty, to which you do not agree to, then you should not use this website. Grant of User License

Based upon the User’s adherence to these Terms of Use and payment of the subscription fee, ForeclosuresWI.com grants and conveys to the User, during the term of User's free trial, Membership and/or paid Membership, a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data, information and services provided through the ForeclosuresWI.com website subject to the License Restrictions detailed below.

Restrictions

The User License is non-transferable. The User’s account is not to be used by anyone else other than the User. Usage patterns are monitored and any violation thereof may result in immediate termination of a User’s license.

Term of Membership and Free Trial

The term of a User’s Free Trial Period is 7 days (168 hours) from activation. Users may NOT download data in Excel or .CSV format during the Free Trial period (doing so activates a User’s paid membership). If a User does not cancel within 7 days of activation of the Free Trial or downloads data in Excel or .CSV format, the User will be charged for the term and counties selected when creating their account (signing up for the Free Trial). Once a membership term is selected, it is non-refundable after the Free Trial, regardless of cancellation date.

Accurate Information

The user at the time of registering with this website must agree to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information about himself/herself. In case any change occurs in the information, the user will inform us immediately.

Risk of Errors

Due to the nature of our business and factors beyond our control we cannot guarantee the information on this website will always be accurate, up-to-date, complete and/or free from error. Therefore you agree to accept these and other risks and agree not to hold ForeclosuresWI.com liable in any way for such errors that may occur.

Account and Password Security

The user is responsible to keep the account and password confidential and all activities carried out through these would be the responsibility of the User. Make sure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. In case there is a breach of security inform ForeclosuresWI.com immediately.

Subscription Cancellations

Customer understands in order to cancel service, customer must log-in to the ForeclosuresWI.com website account maintenance section. The "cancellation section" can be accessed through both the "Log-in" and the "Contact Us" pages. At the cancellation section, the customer will be asked to confirm the cancellation of their subscription. ForeclosuresWI.com will not accept an "email", "phone call", "phone message", or "fax" as a method of canceling service; customer must use the "Cancellation section" to cancel this service. We cannot issue refunds to a User based upon their personal views or opinions of ForeclosuresWI.com. This includes views and opinions on the quality and completeness of content, delays in updates. At ForeclosuresWI.com we are always committed to providing complete, timely and accurate information, and allow our Users the Free Trial Period to evaluate our service. ForeclosuresWI.com cannot be held responsible for charges incurred due to customer inputting a bad or incorrect email address when signing up. In addition User's non-use of the site, misplaced or lost User ID and password, incorrect email address, email address that do not work will not justify user receiving any refund for months charged. Billing Method.

User's subscription(s) will be activated upon credit card approval. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of the term. All sales are final. No Refunds what-so-ever will be given. If payment can not be obtained from credit card provided by the User, User's account may be immediately suspended until payment is received. User must keep current billing information on file at all times. Failure to do so may result in temporary inability to access data until billing information is updated. Subscriptions will be billed directly to user’s credit card. The status of user’s account will be automatically updated to reflect the renewal and will be available to you when you log in. Renewals will automatically be billed until you choose to cancel your subscription. If you decide not to receive the subscription simply cancel your subscription by logging into the cancellation section detailed above in the subscription cancellation section.

Changes in the Web Site

ForeclosuresWI.com reserves the right to change, add or remove any part or feature of this website. ForeclosuresWI.com also can limit who may use and access ForeclosuresWI.com, limit how much use ForeclosuresWI.com permits, and limit other aspects of ForeclosuresWI.com, at any time without notice. ForeclosuresWI.com may also change products, services and prices without notice at any time.

Changes in the Term of Use
